Paul was a skit and the 5th track on The Slim Shady LP. It was recorded with Paul Rosenberg who is Eminem's manager speaking to Eminem through a phone call telling him to 'tone' down the album because there is only so much he can cover for because of Eminem's provocative lyrics in many of his songs on the album.
