Nathaniel Dwayne Hale (August 19, 1969 - March 15, 2011), better known by his stage name Nate Dogg, was an American singer, rapper, and actor from Long Beach, California. Known as a member of the rap group 213 (with Snoop Dogg and Warren G), he is also primarily known for his solo career where he frequently collaborated with rappers such as Dr. Dre, Eminem, 2Pac, Warren G, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent and Ludacris, often heard singing the choruses of the songs that featured him, although he has done verses in guest songs too. On March 15, 2011, Nate Dogg died at the age of 41 from complications of multiple strokes.
